Rules

  1. Use of additional rooms by the same group at the same time must be negotiated separately.  If rooms are used without permission or pre-payment, the renter will be charged for the use of those areas.
  2. Minimum time charge is one hour.
  3. Groups must clean up after themselves, and are responsible for any and all clean up charges that are incurred by their failure to do so.  Rental group is also responsible for any damages that are incurred during their use of the facility.  The group will be charged at the actual replacement or repair cost.
  4. The group must observe safe and sane practices in all their functions and follow closely all City, County and State regulations that may pertain to them.  The group must respond in a positive fashion to any request made to them by our Salvation Army staff.
  5. There is NO ALCOHOL, SMOKING OR ILLEGAL DRUGS permitted on the premises.  No weapons may be brought on the premises except by law enforcement officers.  No pornography is permitted for any reason.
  6. The Salvation Army is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen.
  7. An additional $10 per hour will be charged for a “set up” fee if Salvation Army staff is responsible for set up.
  8. The renter is responsible for any fees resulting from false alarms caused by the renter.
  9. The renter will turn off all lights and make sure the facility is secured upon leaving.
  10. We reserve the right to expel anyone not in compliance with the above rules.
